Disco Squad is all about learning to disco dance, working on our aerobic fitness, making friends and having fun!! Disco Squad is a 6 week commitment to unity, joy, and boogie! We spend the first 30 minutes of each class learning fun and easy-to-follow disco moves in a group fitness style format to improve our cardio! The remainder of class is spent learning a group disco routine to be performed at The Rio Theatre at The Rio Theatre Burlesque and Variety Show on Feb 14th. 

 

Classes to be held at Passion & Performance Studio located at 55 West 8th Ave in Mount Pleasant. Please wear stretchy clothing suitable to dance in and indoor fitness shoes. 

 

Cost $150

Date: January 5th - February 9th

Recital Date: February 14th at The Rio Theatre 

Time: Sundays for 6 consecutive weeks from 11AM-12PM
